STANDARD SCOPE OF WORK
This is our standard scope of work for apartments and houses. Cleaning services for your company, office, praxis or kanzelei are discussed individually.
KITCHEN
- Stove/Oven/Microwave (degrease / clean all exterior front and sides)
- Refrigerator (clean exterior front and sides)
- Dishwasher (clean exterior)
- Countertops/Sink (wipe down to remove all residue)
- Cabinets (wipe down all surfaces outside)
BATHROOMS, GUESTTOILET
- Toilet (clean entire toilet inside/outside, surrounding area)
- Cabinet/mirror (clean mirror, wipe down outside of cabinet)
- Sink, faucet, base (remove all residue -wipe down)
- Tub/Shower surround (wash entire with detergent)
LIVINGROOM:
- Cabinets (remove dust from outside)
- Sofa (vacuum clean, arrange the pillows)
- TV (clean with designated cleaning detergent)
BEDROOMS, OFFICE
- Cabinets (remove dust from outside)
EVERYWHERE
- Vacuum-clean and wash the floors
- Lighting switches (clean on outside)
Additional services (ie. windows cleaning) available at extra fee and need to be booked in advance.
OUR RATES
26€/hour regular cleaning
29€/hour one-off
Transport fees: 5€ Nürnberg
We will provide you with a monthly invoice and as a result, even as a private person, you can receive back 20% of our bills from your tax by annual tax declaration.
WHERE WE OPERATE
We provide housecleaning services in Nürnberg, Erlangen, Herzogenaurach, Fürth and the immediate area.
REQUIREMENTS
The customer usually provides all necessary cleaning means, which is:
- Vacuum cleaner and mop
- Detergents – for flooring, glass, kitchen, bathroom, TV
- Clean rugs and kitchen towels
In case you miss any of those, kindly let us know in advance.
